SSEN is working with researchers at Sheffield University Management School to understand the state, impact, and potential of the social enterprise sector in Sheffield. We aim to develop a detailed picture of the sector and its needs which we can use when developing support, and as evidence of the sector's value, vibrancy, and potential in conversations with policymakers and wider stakeholders.
Together with the researchers, we are interested in understanding more about your social enterprise as well as your perceptions of the wider state of the sector across the city.
Taking part involves completing an anonymous survey which takes around 20 - 30 minutes to complete. Participation is entirely voluntary and you can choose to withdraw from the research at any time.
