Social Pickleball (taster session)
As part of the Festival of Social Enterprise and our theme Building a Resilience Commons for Sheffield, we’re making space for the kind of connection that comes through joy, play, and shared energy, not just meetings and presentations. This is a deliberately different style of networking, ideal for people who prefer to connect side by side, doing something simple together, rather than working a room.
Social Pickleball is a friendly, low-pressure taster hosted at Peak Pickleball, led by Terry Murphy (CEO, Sheffield Social Enterprise Network). We have chosen pickleball because it is super accessible and easy to play across mixed abilities. It is also widely described as one of the fastest-growing sports in the world.
Important: This session is only for employees or directors of Sheffield-based social enterprises.
