Morgan Killick

For me, nothing is as exciting as helping a business realise its full potential. I am an energetic and inspirational leader with 15 years of real world experience founding and scaling an award-winning Social Enterprise. I began mentoring other social enterprises as a ‘sideline’ in 2008, but I now devote most of my time to supporting the next generation, from startups through to established companies with 80 staff. To date, I have mentored, supported or advised 100’s of local social enterprises, including many of the most celebrated success stories in the city. I do this as a consultant/contractor for a variety of different programmes and organisations, as well as in private practice.

With almost 25 years combined experience as a successful founder and advisor, I am sought after for insight, knowledge and contacts, as well as a comprehensive suite of practical business skills. I pride myself on my ability to engage with business owners in a way that allows them to share their challenges and opportunities on a ‘critical friend’ basis and overcome specific technical or tactical obstacles to growth. I am equally at home advising on strategy and vision as I am assisting with detailed business plans, complex financial modeling, social enterprise legal structures or access to social investment.
